Mark Mellott founded Mellott & Associates in 2021 after more than 24 years of military service as a retired Army officer, including deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Balkans. His career spanned from designing field hospital networks in combat zones to leading federal health IT contracts at the Defense Health Agency.
After retiring from the Army, Mark recognized a gap in the federal health IT marketplace: agencies needed technology partners who understood the mission — not just the contract. Mellott & Associates was built to fill that gap.
